I placed an order and realized after I hit submit, the strength reverted to 0x and 1.25x somehow. I immediately emailed explaining the situation; hoping the order could be corrected before it was shipped. I received updates of my shipment and each time, I immediately kept sending emails explaining the error in the order. Upon receipt of my order, I immediately requested an RA#. To date, I have not received any response to my four emails. THEN I get this opportunity to rate this company and provide comments. Maybe by posting this experience, I will be contacted, will be provided with an RA# to be able to return the package they sent.
I got these for my daughter and she loves them. She no longer gets headaches after hours of school work on her computer.
I purchased glasses for my brother and I and we are both very satisfied with the purchase! We feel the daily screen use to be less straining than before. Thank you!
These glasses are great: stylish, light, and EFFECTIVE! Not too much color distortion, and they're great for a long day on the computer. Pretty significant external glare, but that doesn't bother me. The case they come in is really nice too! Functional and secure.
My eyes feel less tired during and after my Telehealth appts.
